Welcome to Maharat 71. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and establish the legal relationship between you ("Client" or "User") and Maharat 71 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By engaging our services, accessing our website, or entering into any agreement with Maharat 71, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Maharat 71 provides comprehensive technology integration services including but not limited to:

AV and Display Systems

Audio-visual solutions and display technology integration

Digital Infrastructure

Network infrastructure and digital connectivity solutions

ELV Solutions

Extra Low Voltage systems and automation

Technology Equipment

Hardware procurement and installation services

All services are provided in accordance with industry standards, applicable regulations, and the specific terms outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

User Obligations

As a client of Maharat 71, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
  • Ensure timely access to project sites and necessary facilities
  • Obtain all required permits, licenses, and approvals
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Make payments according to agreed terms and schedules
  • Cooperate with our team during project implementation
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during service delivery
Client Responsibility

Failure to meet these obligations may result in project delays, additional costs, or service termination.

Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

Payments are typically structured in milestones as agreed in the project proposal or service agreement.

Payment Due Date

Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

Accepted Methods

We accept bank transfers, certified checks, and other methods as specified in invoices.

Late Payments

Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in designs, specifications, software, methodologies, and other materials developed or provided by Maharat 71 remain our exclusive property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties acknowledge that they may have access to confidential information during the course of the business relationship. We are committed to protecting your confidential information and expect the same consideration for ours.

Information Security

All confidential information will be protected using industry-standard security measures.

Access Control

Access to confidential information is limited to personnel who need it for service delivery.

Duration

Confidentiality obligations continue for 5 years after the termination of our relationship.

Warranties & Disclaimers

Our Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care in accordance with industry standards.

  • Services will meet specifications outlined in our proposals
  • Equipment will be new and free from defects (where applicable)
  • Installation will comply with relevant codes and standards
  • We will remedy any defects in workmanship for the warranty period
Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maharat 71's total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Exclusions

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data or information
  • Business interruption costs
  • Loss of business opportunities
